About Us
More Than Just a Dance
DanceSport Education™ is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing young people with the best opportunities for co-curricular and extracurricular programs in Arizona. We are prod to bring ballroom dancing to the children and youth directly in their schools and provide it as an extracurricular activity to homeschool childern. We strive to help children and youth develop new skills and become a DanceSport athlete.
As a nonprofit organization, we are able to bring ballroom dancing to you. Our world-class instructors are backed by years of competitive and instructional experience. They are well versed in the competitive styles of ballroom - International and American, as well as the social styles including, salsa, merengue, west coast swing, hustle, Arizona two-step country, and much more. This means that your sons and daughters get an exposure to a wide variety of styles and techniques that they can take outside of intsruction and competition. More Than Just a Dance
DanceSport Education™ offers a complete DanceSport program for children and youth. It features a systematic, specific, and sequenced curriculum. This program is delivered with our proven instructional methodology by world-class DanceSport professionals. Our organization is set up in collaboration with Imperial DanceSport Instruction and Ballroom Dance Center.
Our program is tailored to allow individual students to grow, learn, enrich, and achieve through their participation.
Our DanceSport Vision
Our long-term vision includes the creation of a Developmental Youth DanceSport League. This would provide a venue and an opportunity for our young athletes to gain additional knowledge, improve their dancing, and further develop their competitive skills. It would also help them prepare for entering amateur and/or professional national associations.
Children will be able to continue their DanceSport careers, compete locally and nationally, qualify to represent the US, and win both world and international dance competitions.
