At Education Team Partners (ETP), for almost two decades, we have been creating, supporting, and helping grow quality charter schools in support of public education and school choice:

• 28 charter applications and business plans;
• 13 charter schools facility projects, from $350K to $20 million, totaling more than $100 million;
• Over $18 million in discretionary funding.
  

Now that we have helped them establish the highest-level quality programs, we are expanding our efforts to support their mission in promoting excellence in education through highest-quality curricular and extracurricular activities. We have teamed up with world class ballroom dance champions, Artem Plakhotnyi and Inna Berlizyeva of Imperial Ballroom in Scottsdale, AZ to bring forward another highly prestigious aspect of quality education – Ballroom Dance and its art and sports part, DanceSport.

DanceSport Education is a non-profit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization and is a collaborative effort between Education Team Partners (ETP) and Imperial Ballroom Dance Center in Scottsdale, AZ. We teamed up to create DanceSport Education™ with the mission to create positive, life-long impacts in the lives of young people through participation in ballroom dance at their schools, and support young and developing DanceSport talent.

Inna Berlizyeva and Artem Plakhotnyi are prominent ballroom dancers, dance instructors, proud owners of Imperial Ballroom Dance Company in Scottsdale, Arizona, and world-renowned adjudicators.



They have  achieved significant success in the world of competitive ballroom dancing.  As a competitive ballroom dace couple in the US, Inna and Artem have won numerous national and international titles throughout their career, showcasing their exceptional talent and dedication to the art of dance.

As highly respected adjudicators, both Inna and Artem have been invited to judge prestigious dance competitions worldwide, further solidifying their status as an authority in the field. They are well-respected within the dance community for their expertise, passion, and commitment to sharing their love for dance through teaching, mentorship, fair judging, and their contributions  and support to the growth of dance sport.

Inna and Artem are also proud owners of Galaxy Dance Festival, by far the largest dancesport competition in Arizona.
